    Kahala Family Plan

    Spend more time together as a family at The Kahala Hotel & Resort. Book any room using the Family Plan and children aged 17 and under can stay with their parents at no extra cost.     Deposit & Cancellations

    For any new reservations for signature suites from now until Dec 31, 2023, a two (2) night deposit is required at the time of booking. Full pre-payment due 30 prior to arrival and refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival, Signature Suite become nonrefundable. Holiday Deposit and Cancellation policy will apply from December 23, 2023 to January 2, 2024.

    Maximum Occupancy & Check in

    Rooms and suites allow for double occupancy as a standard and can accommodate a maximum three adults (18 and older) or two adults and two children (17 and under) per room. Two bedroom suites can accommodate 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm room or suite accommodations.

    3rd adult charge is an additional cost of $100 daily plus taxes and $85 daily per rollaway bed plus taxes.

    Children 17 and under are free if using existing bedding. Extra bed charge for children is an additional $85.00 daily plus tax, maximum one per room. Cribs are complimentary.

    Two rooms requiring connecting doors must be confirmed in advance by calling Kahala Reservations directly, a $250.00 plus tax one time charge will be applied to guarantee the rooms. All room location and bed type requests are subject to availability.

    Early/late check in/out:

    Check-in time: after 3pm

    Check-out time: 12 noon

    Immediate access to your accommodation on arrival can be guaranteed by booking the room for the night before. For late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee your accommodation until you depart. We are also happy to offer our superb Hospitality Suite and luggage storage arrangements.

    Day 1: Fun In The Sun

    • Soak up the warm Hawaiian sunshine at our outdoor pool and hot tub. Rent a cabana for the day so you can lounge peacefully while the kids make a splash. With pool toys available for purchase, they’ll never run out of things to do! When you get hungry, there’s no need to go far. Enjoy a light meal at our poolside restaurant, Seaside Grill.

    • After a quick lunch at Plumeria Beach House, hop on our complimentary shuttle to the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki. From there, it’s a short walk to the Waikiki Aquarium or Honolulu Zoo where your family can spend the afternoon marveling at the creatures of the deep or meeting friendly beasts from around the world.

    • Wake up bright and early to go snorkeling at the legendary Hanauma Bay. Please note that reservations must be made in advance to enter the park.
    • Return home to spend a golden afternoon on the secluded beach in front of our hotel, where the gentle waves are safe for all ages. For your convenience, we offer beach gear including snorkels and fins, bodyboards, kayaks and paddle boards.
