Enjoy a delectable five-course meal paired with Sakes from the famed Hasamaya Brewery in Japan and French wines from Master Sommelier In-Residence, Roberto Viernes. Caoli Cano, Hasamaya’s 12th generation brewmaster and acclaimed musician and composer brings a special touch to the evening with live music and a discussion on the Art of Sake.
Savor Sake and French Wines with Cano paired with a special five-course dinner prepared by The Kahala’s Executive Chef, Wayne Hirabayashi and Hoku’s Chef de Cuisine, Eric Oto. The Sake dinner will include the following items with special Sake and wine pairings: Sauteed Hamakua Mushroom and NIJI Junmai Ginjo, Hirame Crudo with ASAO Junmai Daiginjo, Poached Salmon in Herb Broth & 2015 Chateau Aiguilloux Rose, Hawaiian Salt & Herb Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb with Chateau Aiguilloux Aloha Anne-Georges, Boutenac 2011 and Fuji Apple Terrine.
